Manish's parents marriage was a result of a kind of fraud. As his mother's family was told that the groom is quite rich, has many fields, a dairy of his own. But after the marriage the truth unveiled and caused many fights and clashes among the families as well as his mother and father. His father actually worked for others. He washed dishes, distributed milk in the village and many other little things.
His mother wanted both of her children (Manish and her little sister) to get good education and a secure future. So she alongwith her children went to her Father's house in Nepal. Manish and her sister started going to school and everything was going alright. But after some time Manish's mother was started to be teased and pressured as she was living in her father's house (away from her husband). Manish's grandfather was a really good man and never did anything wrong to them but the family members often misbehaved with Manish's family. One day, Manish's father wrote them a letter that stated that he worked as a security guard in a Factory in Silvassa. After some time, Manish, his sister and his mother moved to his father's Village after he got a tumor in his right leg (he was admitted to a hospital and underwent an operation to remove the tumor as the tumor if not cured could cause cancer, fortunately the operation was successful and the tumor was removed) Soon Manish shifted to Silvassa with his father. He gave tuitions to the children of the workers at the factory and soon started earning more than what his father did. His mother and sister also shifted to Silvassa, they bought a small house made of mud. His mother also worked in a factory. He got a scholarship and now studied in 'Navodaya Vidhyalaya'. He wanted to become a doctor, he gave the entrance exams for medical college and passed the entrance exam but due to lack of money to pay the fees for the college, he could not study ahead. He was so depressed that he once thought to take away his life. But somehow he managed all that stress and disappointment and went to Pune with some money he had saved. He got a job at a Call center. Soon after some interviews, He got a job at an International Call station. With time his salary increased, he sent some money to his family and his family rented a better house. As his savings increased he bought a mobile phone and got introduced to internet and started learning more about it. Later, he got a message in LinkedIn from a Digital Marketing company looking for Employees. He went for the interview and was selected. Soon he started working for reliance. His salary was more than a lakh. They bought a new house for them and soon all the family problems were solved.
He has worked as a Social Media Manager for I Knowledge Factory Private Limited (2012-2015) and has worked as a Consultant for R SQUARE Consulting Services Pvt Ltd (November 2015-December 2016) and Reliance Industries Ltd (December 2016-January 2019).
Currently (as of August 2021) he is the Research Head at 'Josh Talks'.
