Mohd Kashif (Dear Sir) -
He is mainly known with the title of Dear Sir among his students. His real name is Kashif, he was born & brought up in Delhi and completed his schooling from a private school in Delhi. He belonged to a middle-class family.After completing his schooling he pursued his bachelor from Delhi University. Then joined CA and did LLB as well. As he has been teaching since the age of 14 and now knows the way his students want to learn from him. His energetic and fun teaching style is now so popular among students that one of his video on 'Tenses' surpassed 27 million views in just 2 years (as of March 2021).

He completed his schooling from a private school in Delhi. Then he did (LLB) Bachelor of Laws in Tax Law/Taxation from JM Convent school, Delhi.
CAREER
He founded Dear Sir in December 2016. As he was working in a law firm so it was very difficult coming from office and shooting videos at night. But still he did it for more than 2 years. In the heat of May-June, it had been very difficult for him to shoot videos. You can see some of his starting videos where he's all wet due to sweating. But all his hard work didn't get into vain. He worked day and night to be who he is today.
He plans to conduct seminars all over India with the initiative to spread awareness about education, career options/choices among the youth of the country.
Schools and colleges often approach him for seminars for their students, he has visited many such schools and wishes to do more seminars and do his role in educating the youth.
When he started my Social Media journey he was working in a Law firm which he had to quit later because he also had the responsibility to make educational videos which was not possible while working so I had to sacrifice my Law & Accountancy career.

- He will never launch paid courses (as said by him) as he wants to provide quality education to everyone whether they are rich or poor.
- He wants to act in movies.
- He also likes to dub fro other characters, and if he gets an offer. He'd surely dub characters in movies or web series, cartoons.
