He is just 22 years old and is the founder of three big and successful Startups. He is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Rankers Group of Learning, the co-founder and Chief Executive officer at MY Tutor247. And also the Chief Executive Officer at SSD Ed Tech Pvt Ltd.

He runs a YouTube channel named Rankers- JEE, where he teaches and guides students to clear the IIT JEE exam. The channel has more than 2 lakh subscribers and over 10 Million views (as of May 2021). He also has a second channel IITians Vlogs where he makes vlogs about his personal life, his college life. 

LIFE STORY

He was born into a poor family.They were 3 siblings (brothers).

Saurabh got his primary education from a private school. His school was far from his home. The distance was nearly 4 kilometers. He did not have a cycle to go to school. But he walked to go to school. As he belonged to a poor family, he had very small dreams for himself, his  dream was to open a computer shop. But his parents wanted to become more successful. So his parents managed some money for Saurabh and his brothers and sent them to Banaras. 

Saurabh was not interested in studies, he wanted to open a computer Shop, but when he was in class 12, both of his brothers cleared the IIT JEE exam. Now everyone thought of Saurabh to do the same because his two brothers were already in well known IITs. Saurabh was not interested in clearing the exam. But, he was not able to convince his parents, and continued his studies. 

He had already spoiled his 11th and was not able to clear IIT JEE in class 12. He literally cried a lot and was not able to talk to anyone out of shame as his brothers cleared the exam in their first attempt and everyone was hoping him to do the same. But with his parent's support, he again started preparing for IIT, forgot the whole world, and did work hard, and finally, the next year he cracked the exam. His parents were very happy and proud of Saurabh. When he was in Banaras preparing for IIT JEE he had started teaching to fulfill his expenses but it slowly became his passion.

When he went to college, he saw various type of students and various ideas among them, now his ideas and dreams were not just limited to open a computer shop. Every student at the college wanted to achieve something. At that time, he asked himself about his passion, his speciality and the answer was teaching. That was when he decided that he wants to do something in the teaching sector. Saurabh went to every coaching center of Banaras for the job of a teacher, but all the institutes wanted experienced teacher and he got rejection everywhere.

Then He decided to start something of his own.With the help of his mother, he managed 5000 rupees and he bought a second-hand smartphone. He then started his own YouTube channel. Initially, he didn't had a setup for teaching students. He started teaching with pen and paper. Slowly-slowly he collected some money and purchased board. Then, he constantly shared tips and tricks on his channel. One day, he shared his journey of clearing IIT JEE. And got a comment 'we don't have a mentor, can you be our mentor for clearing IIT JEE ?' This comment gave him the idea of his first Startup. 

He started his first startup with this thought and started mentoring. But another problem was that he didn't had enough money to hire a team so he hired his friends. And slowly started small courses with very little amount of fees, he named this company SSD Ed Tech Pvt Ltd. Within a year the company's value became over 11 crore Rupees.Then, he saw that students were looking for hostels and many other things, so he thought and launched his second startup. Here, they provided guidance, counseling, hostel facilities. It was also a successful startup. Then, He saw that there were so many home coaching centers that were running. Saurabh thought about it and started the third startup. He combined home tuition and a personal coaching center.

He has worked very hard to open all of his startups and due to his determination of doing something of his own rather than working for others is what made him such a successful entrepreneur at the age of 22. His life Journey from a poor kid from a small village in Uttar Pradesh to an IITian and then to the owner of 3 Successful startups motivates and inspires all of us a lot.
