He did his schooling from APJ School, Pritampura in Delhi. As he said, when he was a child he was very active in sports, acting and dancing but his parents always wanted him to rather stay focused on academics. Aditya's dad is a government officer and his mom is a teacher.
Later he got admission in his dream college Shadeed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, where he studied finance and investment analysis at Delhi University.
CAREER
He joined Faad as an intern in his 2nd year (He was just 19 years old then). The company was started in 2015 and he was basically among one of the very first interns there. Initially, he learned everything by reading the case studies and old files.
He also wanted to contribute his part to the Education system and wanted to provide education to poor people. Hence, he founded the Education Yatra campaign (A Social Campaign that aimed to provide underprivileged children with the right to education). "I primarily started this campaign to change the perception of education. I didn’t teach kids according to their class or age. I started teaching them according to their IQ level. See, it’s not important that a kid who is studying in class 4th, is supposed to know everything and a kid who is in class 1st can’t study more than his class’s syllabus. It completely depends on each kid’s IQ level" says Aditya. He also took help from different NGOs. He taught 1500 children in more than 50 villages and sub districts of South Delhi. He has also won many awards for his dedication to help the poor and unprivileged, he won awards like “Microsoft Top 15 Changemakers in the Country under 20”, “Parliamentary Meritorious Award”, “REX Karmaveer Chakra by UN & icongo” and “Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award”.
By 2019 he became the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Faad Network Pvt. Ltd. In the same year, he joined Delhi Government’s scheme for Entrepreneurship Entrepreneurship Mindset Curriculum, as one of the Ambassadors. Almost 8 lakhs children study about entrepreneurship under this scheme. In 2020, he was nominated for Padma Shri Award by Government of Delhi, for the same reason.
He has spoken in hundreds of events over the past years. He is also a TEDx speaker and has also represented “India” at prestigious forums like, “21st World Business Dialogue in Germany”, “Harvard Project for Asia and International Relations”, and “World Startup Fest”. He is an Angel Investor for many Start-Ups and also a motivation for all of us.
