Sriharsha and Nandan Reddy initially founded a company known as Bundl Technologies on August 2013. They wanted to democratize shipping and intended to provide the fastest way for people to make shipments across the country. But unfortunately they had to shut down their first venture within a year. They later stated “That’s when we knew that we had to change our focus and it wasn’t worth the opportunity cost. Thankfully, we didn’t have any employees, investors and liabilities at that time.”

But learning with their failures, they later founded Swiggy (a food delivery platform) that was original and incomparable with the existing ones. Swiggy soon established itself as the largest online food ordering platform in the country (India), some of the unique merits of Swiggy include lightning fast deliveries, live order, no restrictions on order amount, and providing the comfort of giving them their most favorite food to the customers wherever they are.

1. He comes from a family of Entrepreneurs. Since he was a child, he also wanted to start his own company someday.

2. As per media reports published in April 2021, Swiggy may have raised 800 million USD as part of its Series J round of funding, valuing the company at close to 5 billion USD, which is around 36500 Cr in INR.  At assumed 5% holding in the company, Swiggy CEO Sriharsha's net worth is estimated to be Rs. 1825 crores.
